I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and I’m passionate about helping people move forward in life, letting go of whatever it is that’s holding them back from reaching their full potential and living a fulfilling life.
Hypnotherapy works by getting you into a relaxed state. Suggestions are then made to the subconscious mind, allowing it to be re-wired in a way that helps you function in day-to-day life. Studies from Harvard University have proven that hypnotherapy works on the control and processing part of the brain.
Hypnosis has helped millions of people over the years, and now it could help you with all types of issues, whether you struggle with anxiety, stress, weight issues, depression, or phobias, the list is endless. I’ll work with you to make long-term changes to your life, allowing you to feel empowered and in control.
I particularly specialise in Anxiety, Weight Loss, Anger Management, Grief, and Phobias. Each and every one of these areas I have a real affection for. As well as hypnotherapy, I am trained in many other therapies too. If needed, I sometimes find for some, that an amalgamation can help achieve their end goal more effectively.
I am always striving to offer the best service to my clients. With health and wellness being a passion of mine. Every year I enjoy bettering myself by increasing my knowledge, by keeping my training up to date and learning new methods of healing along the way. As well as being a fully qualified member of the General Hypnotherapy council, I also am a fully qualified member of the National Hypnotherapy Society, adhering to both of their rules, and keeping up with supervision and ongoing CPD.

The first hypnotherapy session will be around 60 minutes long, giving us plenty of time to talk through exactly what you need help with and to make a plan to achieve your end goal. I offer block bookings of 3 sessions at a reduced fee, if you would like a chat before commencing please get in touch on 07989 419 337 or email: npount@hotmail.co.uk On booking your block booking sessions you’ll be able to book your first session straight away if you would like to book you next 2 sessions in advance please get intouch and I’ll pop them in at my end, if not we can schedule them in on your first session.
Block Booking of three sessions is now only £180.00 when booked and paid for in advance.
